i was hatched from a weird egg in 2001 and have been making bad decisions ever since. i make electronic music and am a furry, and am not sure which happened first, but it definitely caused the other. i like these things: shapes, colors, dragons, alchemy, trackers, clicky stereo percussion, roguelikes, pokemon, serendipity, fountain pens, biology, puppetry, and anthropomorphic inanimate objects. my neighbor showed me how to install linux when i was 13 and i've been insufferable ever since. i like python but am bad at it. that is all you need to know about me!

"wyrmwood" is a new name for an old project. it's the place where all my music and art comes from. it's an imaginary forest made of/by/for wyrms. it might be a new species of insect, i don't know. it's a shorthand for "all the stuff i make". it's the website you're on right now! welcome in! you're part of it now, whether you like it or not.

the tools i use to make things, for the sickos out there

• music: renoise is my daw of choice, and 99% of my sound design is done in its sampler, phaseplant, synplant, or serum
• drawing: most of my drawings are done with my favorite pen (lamy safari) and paper (midori md). i use procreate sometimes.
• photomanipulation: gimp
• 3d (digital): blender
• 3d (physical): anything i can get my paws on
• text: i write in markdown using doom emacs, format it libreoffice if anyone else needs to read it
